Privacy Policy
Zoon LLC does not collect personal information through its games. There is no account to make, nothing to log in to, and no data sent anywhere.
Effective 25 August 2026. Applies to TinyTown and to every other game published by Zoon LLC unless that game's own listing says otherwise.
What we collect
Nothing. Our games contain no analytics, no advertising, no crash-reporting service, no social or login SDKs, and no networking code of any kind. They do not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos, location, microphone or camera, and they do not read any device or advertising identifier.
Your game progress
Your saved game is written to a file inside the app's own private storage on your device, in the sandbox iOS gives it. It never leaves the device, and we cannot see it. Deleting the app deletes the save with it.
What Apple handles
You obtain our games through Apple, and Apple's own handling of your data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, not by ours. Two things are worth knowing:
- Apple gives us aggregate, anonymous sales and usage statistics in App Store Connect — for example how many people downloaded a game in a country. We cannot identify anyone from it.
- If you have turned on sharing of analytics and crash reports in your iOS settings, or if you are testing a beta through TestFlight, Apple may pass us crash logs and any feedback you choose to send. That is entirely your choice and you can turn it off in iOS Settings.
Children
Our games are suitable for all ages and collect no personal information from anyone, children included. Because nothing is collected, there is nothing for a parent or guardian to review, correct or delete.
Third parties
We do not share, sell, rent or trade personal information, because we do not hold any. We use no third-party analytics, attribution or advertising partners.
Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct and delete personal information a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing to produce or erase. If you would like that confirmed in writing, ask us and we will confirm it.
Changes
If this policy ever changes — for instance if a future game needs a feature that genuinely requires data — we will update this page and change the effective date above, and any such game will say so plainly on its own App Store listing before you install it.
